Ambedkar Birthday Celebrations 14th April-2007: As part of the Seva Bharathi drive for equality its is decided to celebrate April 14th by all the volunteers in all activities to commemorate and remember the father of Indian constitution and spread awareness on untouchability as a crime and promote activities that stand for inclusiveness.

Self Management Day: Seva Bharathi run affection homes have been observing a self managed affection home day on the first Sunday of every month. It is to nurture and enhances the managerial and leadership qualities in the children and gives them an opportunity to take responsibility.

Vocational Training programme May 2nd to 30th 2007 : A month long vocational training camp was held at Hyderabad for the senior children of the affection homes in Book Binding, Carpenter, Two-wheeler Mechanism, Fan and Cooler Repair, Health Volunteer, Motor Repairing. The programme benefited 60 children from 11 affection homes.

National Executive meet of Akhila bharata Drishti heen Kalyan Sangh June 24th – 25th : The Akhila bharata Drishtiheen kalyan Sangh is the governing body of the umbrella of organizations working for the Differently-abled. The national executive was hosted by Manonetra a member organisation from Hyderabad and total of 50 delegates from all over India participated to discuss the need for activities to be taken up.

Camp for the Abhyasika instructors july 1st :  A special training camp for the instructors of Abhyasikas (tuition centers) was organized at PNM High school, Kukatpally. The training programme included the handling of children from slums as well as identifying their problems and motivating them towards education

Inauguration of new Affection Home and Seva Bharathi Hospital, Deepaguntla July 15th : A new Dispensary was inaugurated by Dr Udayshankar at Deepaguntla, kurnool ditrict. The Dispensary is an association of Hanumanta Reddy Charitable trust and Seva Bharathi and would serve the local poor affected by all ailments including TB. A new Affection Home for the poor and deservingly talented Children was also inaugurated named after Hanumanta Reddy as Hanumanta Reddy and lakshmamma charitable Trust Awasam.

Educational Picnic Basara August 17th 2007: One day Educational outing was held for the children of Valmiki Awasam. The children were taken to Basara Saraswathi Temple

Affection Homes meet Aug 22nd 2007: The state committee along with the Affection Homes incharges and their committees met on 22nd August. It was decided to update the documentation and administrative bilities of the local committees. The need for social audit was discussed

Health checkup September 06th 2007: A three day health checkup programme was organized for the children of Baktha Kannappa Gurukulam as well as children from in and around Gokavaram. The Programme included preventive drugs for fever; anti mosquito repellents special Homeo drugs were also distributed. Total of 190 children benefited from this programme.

Kishori Vikas TOTs training camp: Oct 6th – 11th: A training programme for the volunteers TOTs (Tariners of tarinees) at Vaidehi ashramam was held in Soft toys, fabric designing and fashion designing as well as Organisational management and identifying the problems faced by the Women in Slums. The training was attended by 92 volunteers from all the slums of the twin cities

Evaluation and review of Activities Oct 15th – Nov 22nd: An extensive evaluation and review of all the Service activities and their need and scope for future was done through out the month. A thorough study of the tangible results of all the activities was also conducted.

Blood Donation Camp : Nov 15th 2007: A blood donation camp was conducted in Dindigal, RR Dist, in which 70 donors donated blood including negative rare groups which was donated to the local blood bank. The blood bank also promised to provide free blood for patients referred by Seva Bharathi

Orientation programme for the state committee other project committees : Jan 24th 2008: A one day orientation programme was conducted on the eve of the visit of Sri Premji Goel all India Sewa Pramukh and Sri Heere Mathji the Saha Sewa Pramukh who addressed the volunteers and committee members on issues ranging from need for more voluntary efforts and a sustainable developmental model in association with people working in Social sector.
