Residential Bridge schools For Child labourers
(DPEP) - Mahaboobnagar
The mahaboobnagar district has the highest migrating labour
force. And Sevabharathi could influence the parrents to
leave their kids with us for the next 15 months so that
the children now would be students and not labourers in
the far off palces with out pay. 252 children are now enjoying
the fragrance of the slates, playful lessons and alphabets.
Supported by DPEP – GOI the effort shall be replicated
else where in 2 other mandals.
Proddutur Child labour school:
The Child labour school in the Proddutur town is one of
the successful initiatives replicable. With 132 children
ie., 32 more than the allocated number the school stands
different by a sustainable smooth and solaceful educational
model. Running for the 7th consecutive successful year the

for the parrents and the employers as well. Record 622 children
have been streamlined.
